This is an orphaned family of five children, held together by the strength and love of their widowed mother. Her greatest wish is for her children to feel equal to others, never lacking. She is asking for help in any way that can open doors of opportunity — so she can work, provide, and care for her family with dignity. During our visit, sadness was heavy in the air. Kawadir, the eldest, cried quietly. When asked why, she said, "I cry because my mom is crying." When asked about her dreams, she wiped her tears and said, "I want to study and help my mom." This family urgently needs support to rebuild their lives and future.
